General Terms and Questions

eGift Card

An eGift Card is an electronic “e” or digital gift card. They work very similar to regular plastic gift cards except you have instant access to the value immediately after you purchase them, you can send them via email or text message and since they are never printed on plastic, they are great for the environment.

Rebate

The Rebate % shown by each merchant is the total rebate available to you as a customer. IF you are splitting the rebate with your favorite organization, as many customers are, the actual rebate earned will be between you as the customer and your organization.

Limit

The “Limit” is designed for customers that have chosen to pay for eGift Cards. You can spend up to that limit amount daily, if you need to increase your limit, please reach out to customer support at info@launchfundraising.com or 800.513.7507.

Rewards

This is the amount of cash rewards you’ve earned from buying eGift Cards. Once you hit $25 you can buy an eGift Card simply by using your rewards instead of your credit or debit card.

Savings

This amount is the amount of savings you’ve saved by using the discount coupons at different merchants. Every time you hit the “redeem” button on a merchants offer the “savings” amount will be added to your over all savings amount. It’s a great way to see how much you’ve saved by using the Launch Back app!

Wallet

Once you purchase an eGift Card by selecting “Quick Buy $120.00”, your new eGift Card will move automatically to your Wallet and will be available for use. Once you have used the full amount you can delete the eGift card by clicking on the little X on the top right of each eGift Card.

Favorites

“Favorites” allow you to move eGift Card Brands that you purchase frequently to the top of the “Order” list so you do not have to scroll down to locate them.

My Account

This page and sub-pages will allow you to manage basic functions of your Account.

eGift Card Balances

eGift Card balances are shown in the Mobile Wallet for each eGift Card purchased. You can also select the green “Get Balance” button to instantly get the new balance at any time. This is especially useful after you’ve made a recent purchase. Also, most brands we work with will also have the new eGift Card balance on the paper receipt when you make a purchase.

Purchasing & Sending

Are there any fees associated with the eGift Cards?

No. You will only be charged the face value of the eGift Card. Dynamic does not impose shipping or any other fees at any time.

Can I change the value of an eGift Card after I've paid for it?

Sorry, not at this time.

Can I cancel the purchase of an eGift Card?

Unfortunately not. Once you purchase an eGift Card your purchase cannot be cancelled so please double check your order before you place it.

How do I redeem an eGift Card?

It’s easy! Either hand your phone, with the eGift Card showing, to your cashier and they will simply scan the barcode. The payment will then be made and the new balance of the eGift Card will show in your Wallet. If the merchant does not scan eGift Cards yet, you simply have them write down the eGift Card code.

Can I purchase eGift Cards with my credit card?

Yes! This is a very popular way to purchase e-Gift Cards because it allows you to support your favorite organization AND get your credit card rewards points at the same time.

What payment methods can I use to purchase eGift Cards?

Great question! We accept: All major Credit Cards & Debit Cards and after $25 in lifetime earnings and 30 days you can even pay from your Checking Account.

Can I buy an eGift Card for myself?

Of course! This can be done through your Mobile App/Wallet. As soon as you purchase your eGift Card it will sit in your Wallet. Simply click/tap on it when you want to display it at checkout for use.

Can I send an eGift Card as a gift?

Absolutely! It’s easy. With Android Phones, simply load your eGift Card, select the lower left hand corner, and scroll down to “Share”. Then you can choose to send the eGift Card via Text or Email. With iPhones, simply load the eGift Card, tap the share button on the bottom of the screen, and choose your method of sharing. Lastly, the eGift Card will stay in your Wallet with a balance until the person you gifted the card to has used the entire eGift Card.

Can I share or split an eGift Card?

Absolutely! Use the same method as described in the previous question. BOTH you and the person or persons you share the eGift Card with will be able to use it. Please note, ONLY YOU will be able to see the balance on the eGift Card.

How can I tell how much “Cash Back” I’ve earned?

In your Wallet and under any existing eGift Cards that still have a balance on them, you will see an area listed as “Previous Orders”. The Previous Orders area will show you what rebates you’ve earned so far.


Receiving & Redeeming

Where can I use my eGift Card?

You can use your eGift Card at any Retailer available in your APay Wallet. Or course, you must use the eGift Card at the retailer you purchased it for. For example: an Applebee's gift card will not work at Texas Roadhouse.

Do I need a special printer? Do I need to print color?

No and no. Most standard office and household printers are equipped to print eGift Cards, and you do not need to print in color. Some printers produce great results, and older printers sometimes don't print certain images well, but the most important thing is that the code number below the eGift Card is clear. If it is not, you may need to install a new ink cartridge.

When does the eGift Card expire?

There is no expiration date on your eGift Card. However, we recommend that you redeem it soon after you receive it, so you don't forget.

Can I reload my eGift Card after I've spent the full value?

Not at this time, but it is so easy to purchase eGift Cards that you can simply purchase another one.

Is my order secure?

Yes. All personal and financial information is transmitted to a PCI compliant server using the https protocol over a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connection, utilizing state of the art technology for consumer protection. Behind the scenes, your web browser is sending all personal and financial information over SSL directly between your browser and the PCI Compliant server. Should I put a passcode on my phone?

YES. Since you will have cash value “gift cards” in your new APay Wallet going forward, it’s more important than ever to secure your phone in case it is stolen or misplaced for any period of time.

What if I lose my eGift Card?

Your eGift Card has cash value and should be safeguarded as such. If you lose your printed eGift Card, contact Customer Support immediately at info@launchfundraising.com or 800.513.7507. If your eGift Card has not been redeemed or has some remaining value, we can cancel the original and issue you a new eGift Card for that value.

What if someone makes a copy of my printed eGift Card?

Our state of the art technology inhibits fraud, but you must safeguard your eGift Card for your own protection. If someone makes a copy of your Gift Card and redeems it for the full amount, your copy will have no value. No matter how many copies are made, the value of the eGift Card is tied to the gift card number. When that number is used, the value of the purchase is deducted from the eGift Card. If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your eGift Card, contact Customer Support at info@launchfundraising.com or 800.513.7507 immediately. Any value that has not been used can be re-issued to you in a new Gift Card.
